By accessing the ygn365 platform, registering an account, or playing any game, you confirm that you have fully read and agreed to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, do not access or play.

ygn365 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. All changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Each player may register only one account on ygn365. One phone number and one bank account may be linked per account. Accounts must be registered for personal use only — registering on behalf of another person is not allowed.

Account Registration Requirements

• The player must be 21 years of age or older
• All personal information provided must be accurate
• Only bank or mobile wallet accounts registered in your own name may be used
• Account registration must be done by your own free choice
• Access from restricted countries is not permitted

Protecting Your Account

Do not share your password with any third party. Allowing anyone else to play on your account is prohibited. You are solely responsible for all gameplay and all deposits and withdrawals made on your account. ygn365 supports deposits via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay. The minimum deposit amount for all methods is 3,000 Ks.

Deposit Policy

• Deposits must be sent only from a bank or mobile wallet account registered in your own name
• Sending funds from a third party is strictly prohibited
• Do not play until you have received confirmation after making a deposit
• If you experience any issue with a deposit, contact the ygn365 customer service team immediately
• Chargebacks are not permitted

The minimum withdrawal amount from ygn365 is 30,000 Ks. Withdrawals are normally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours after the request is submitted.

Withdrawal Requirements

• Your account must hold real-money funds above the minimum amount before a withdrawal can be made
• The account used for deposits and the account used for withdrawals must be the same
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be requested
• Our team may carry out checks to prevent money laundering
• All withdrawals are subject to verification and approval by our team

Withdrawing Bonus Funds

To withdraw bonus funds, round-up funds, or casino credit funds, the wagering requirements set out in Section 5 must be met. If a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirements are fulfilled, the bonus funds may be forfeited.

The ygn365 welcome bonus is 100% of your first deposit, up to a maximum of 100,000 Ks. The wagering requirement to withdraw this bonus is 20x the bonus amount.

Bonus Wagering Examples

• Deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 20,000 Ks bonus, giving you 40,000 Ks in your account. To withdraw, you must wager 20,000 Ks × 20 = 400,000 Ks.
• Deposit 220,000 Ks and receive the maximum 100,000 Ks bonus, giving you 320,000 Ks in your account. To withdraw, you must wager 100,000 Ks × 20 = 2,000,000 Ks.

General Bonus Terms

• Each player may claim the welcome bonus once only
• If a bonus is credited by mistake, it will be reversed
• There may be restrictions on staking bonus funds in a single bet
• Bonuses must not be abused for the purpose of generating profit
• ygn365 has the final say on all bonus-related disputes

Players at every ygn365 VIP level receive weekly cashback. Level progression is based on a player's betting history and relationship with the platform.

VIP Levels

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback
• Diamond: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Cashback amounts will be credited to the player's account as bonus funds, and the wagering requirements will be communicated to the player in advance.

All games on ygn365 operate with technology that ensures fair play. A Random Number Generator (RNG) is used to guarantee that every game result is fair and unpredictable.

Live Casino Games

Players participating in live casino games must follow the decisions of the professional dealer, and no changes can be made during live play. Collusion or software-based game manipulation is strictly prohibited — any such activity found will result in immediate account suspension.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute regarding a game result, please contact our customer support team via 24/7 Live Chat. The decision of ygn365 is considered final. ygn365 does not accept liability for issues caused by game malfunctions, but commits to investigating and resolving every case.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on ygn365. If found, the account will be suspended and funds may be forfeited—

• Playing on behalf of another person, or splitting accounts to claim bonuses
• Using bots, macros, or any automated playing system to exploit the game system
• Conducting or facilitating money laundering
• Intentional bonus abuse
• Playing in a way that deceives other players
• Using abusive or aggressive language toward ygn365 staff, players, or dealers
• Depositing funds from a third party

ygn365 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend a player's account without prior notice for the following reasons—

• A breach of any action listed in these terms is found upon investigation
• Incorrect personal information is found upon investigation
• Suspicious activity related to money laundering is detected
• The player requests a temporary suspension or self-exclusion

ygn365 is not responsible for financial losses resulting from players' game outcomes. By playing, players acknowledge that they make their own decisions and accept full personal responsibility.
